Ingredients: monosodium glutamate, pepper, ginger, scallion, green and red pepper
Method:
After thawing, add monosodium glutamate, pepper, ginger and scallion (if you want to have five flavors, add star anise, cinnamon, Angelica dahurica, clove, Zanthoxylum and fennel, stir dry and break them into powder) marinate for 4 hours, then wash and drain, evenly apply the powder on the surface of the fish, and hang up the wind for 5-6 hours
2. Fry the fish in a pan with olive oil until golden yellow. Put the green and red pepper on the pan. Fry the Yellow garlic slices and cook the sesame.
